Cream pasta
Dessert. Quickly, just. Chocolate taste. Looks stunning on the holiday table. For magazine contest "the Culinary workshop".

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Walnuts

  • Vanilla

    1 tsp

  • Pistachios

  • Coconut shavings

Cooking

Gently heat the milk, pour the sifted flour and cocoa (also be sure to sift).

Cook over low heat, stirring, until the mixture thickens. At the end of cooking, add vanilla.

For decoration: pistachios, walnuts finely chopped, fry lightly without oil on a frying pan.

Nuts to remove, and on a hot frying pan (leave on the table, not on the stove) pour coconut flakes. Slightly dry, is crumbly (stir a couple of times).
