Prepare first layer: mix condensed milk, yolks and milk (do not whisk). Boil on a slow fire, stirring all the time until thickened (after boiling, boil for a few minutes)
Spread the first layer of glass in a flat shape, put on top another layer of biscuits soaked in coffee, the recipe calls for biscuits "Marie"-a sweet crisp cookie app, but you can replace it with another, importantly, well-absorbed coffee. Leave to cool completely.
Now the third final layer of cream. It is made of cold cream, whipped with sugar. In the original recipe whipped cream separately, whites separately with sugar and then blended, but I don't like raw eggs, so make the cream only cream, can of cream, just the taste will be slightly different. Can be used both 200 and 400 ml of cream, who loves lots of frosting takes more. On top for decoration you can sprinkle with grated chocolate.
