Zrazy potato with beans and mushrooms
I don't really like potato zrazy, and the family asks.. so try to come up with delicious fillings..

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

Cooking

Boil the peeled potatoes. After boiling, season with a little salt to taste.

While the potato is cooking, prepare the filling. For this, onions, cut into strips, fry in vegetable oil.

Add the pepper, cut into strips. Fry a couple of minutes.

Mushrooms (I did not cut them, they are quite small). Fry for a minute.

And add beans (no need to defrost). Fry until cooked.

In the end add half of the chopped herbs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper - to taste.

With boiled potatoes drain all the water (a bit persistent, just in case, if you get a very steep lot, this is all from potatoes varies). Mash into a puree and add eggs (3 PCs.). Mix well.

Lepim balls. In hand take potato mixture, put the filling.

Formed zrazy. That was easier for packing, and not sticking to hands, you hands wet with cold water.

Prepare for breading crumbs and eggs. Eggs a little whisk (with a fork), add a little salt and pepper.

Fry in vegetable oil on medium heat until cooked (for 4 minutes each side).

Serve with sour cream sauce. To sour cream add lemon juice, chopped herbs and salt and pepper - to taste.
