Beans with mushrooms
In my life a few years of vegetarianism, so for the contest "Fast from Moulinex" I imagine the recipe is from "that" life. Beans very well makes up for the lack of protein during lent. The dish is prepared very simply and quickly, besides, it is also delicious! But in cold days it makes a wonderful side dish to meat!

Ingredients

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Green beans

    400 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Mushrooms sauté.

Add the onion, cut into half rings

And beans. Simmer until tender onions and beans, about 15 minutes. If there is not enough juice from beans, then add a little water.

Put the canned beans with juice, and heat. Squeeze the garlic, salt and pepper. Turn off the heat, cover and let stand 10-15 minutes.
