I love salads with radish and one of the most favorite - salad "Tashkent". Something added, changed and had a wonderful salad with a refreshing taste and rich and easy. Try?

Ingredients

  • Daikon

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Yogurt

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Green peas

    3 Tbsp

Daikon peel and chop it. If the green radish - shred, pour boiling water and immediately put on 30 minutes in ice water (so get rid of bitterness), then transfer to a colander and drain off the water.

Onions cut into cubes and extinguish lightly on the heated frying pan with vegetable oil - onions does not change color and remains a little crunchy. Cool.

Apple peel and cut into cubes. Add to daikon.

Chicken roll chop and add to daikon.

To add to the salad green peas, onion, salt and pepper to taste.
