I use small white beans "Blanche" from TM "Mistral". Pre-boiled one package of beans by following the recommendations on the pack. Soaked for 4 h, and then boiled until tender about 1.5 hours In a boiled, it is perfectly stored in the refrigerator. Thus, it is convenient to use during the week for several meals!
So, for the salad, take 200 gr. boiled string beans. Potatoes need to pre-boil in their skins, peel and cut into small cubes.
Celery cut into cubes, olives and green onions (only white part) - rings. I can use regular onions. It should be cut into cubes and soak for 15-20 minutes in boiling water to release the bitterness. Then rinse with cold water and use for salad.
All the vegetables mix in a bowl and add chopped parsley.
We fill salad with vegetable oil or mayonnaise - to taste! It took me about 4-5 tbsp olive oil, because the potatoes and beans absorb it quickly. Can be quite a bit (!) season with salt and pepper, do not forget that the salad is olives.
All carefully mix, and give the salad to stand for 30 minutes, until the beans and potatoes soaked with butter! And serve portions on lettuce leaf. Our "White salad" is ready!
