Cream soup of sorrel
Offer a recipe of tasty and healthy soup.

Ingredients

  • Sorrel

    1 coup

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Water

    1 l

  • Butter

  • Salt

  • Cheese

  • Black pepper

Onion turnip, potatoes and garlic to clean. Onions and potatoes cut into cubes, chop the garlic. Preheat frying pan+ butter and fry the onions, garlic and potatoes for 5 minutes.

Now take 1 liter of water+ the contents of the pan, put on fire and cook until cooked potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.

Take sorrel (pre-wash it) cut it and throw in a pot of our soup. Bring to a boil and keep on heat for just a couple of minutes.

Pour contents of the pan into the blender and grind into a puree. Put the soup on the fire and add to the soup sour cream. Again, taste for salt and pepper, if needed add the spices to taste. Bring to a boil and switch off.

Before serving, in a bowl place diced cheese, pour the soup. You can also add a bit of sour cream, as if for decoration (as pictured). BON APPETIT!!!
