Cooking
Fry the potatoes, onion and carrots in vegetable oil. Pour into a saucepan 2 liters of water, place the millet and add our fries. Salt, pepper, add Bay leaf.
When everything is cooked, mash the mackerel and add it to the soup, give kepnut a couple of minutes. The soup is ready.
Sprinkle with herbs and serve.
