Fish soup
Offer on the court worthy of another cooks recipe fish soup for those who, like my husband doesn't like it when during the meal come across bones. This is my first recipe on the site, so don't judge too harshly.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Fish

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Greens

Cooking

Prepared the fish cook until done.

While the fish is cooking, peel potatoes, onions, carrots.

The fish is ready take out of the broth on a plate.

Broth strain through cheesecloth, put on fire, bring to a boil.

Potatoes cut into cubes and sent into the boiling broth.

Onions cut as small as possible.

Carrot three on a small grater. Onions and carrots thrown into the pot.

While the vegetables simmer slowly, choose bones from fish. The potatoes are cooked, add the fish.

Sprinkle with salt (I have 1 table.spoon with a slide), add spices to taste (I prefer saffron, white pepper, ginger, nutmeg, Basil). Bring to a boil. The soup is ready! Greens can be added to the end of cooking, or already in the dish when serving.
