Description
"Chambeli" is an Italian small bagels, very tasty and crumbly - prepared very quickly, however, as eaten. In Italy for this recipe, these bagels are prepared, that is, "in haste", without reason.

Cooking
Mix in a bowl the following ingredients: 100 ml olive oil (preferably extra virgin), wine and sugar (you can put less, only 2 tbsp, then bagels can be eaten not only with tea). All mix well. Gradually adding flour, knead, dont stick to hands dough. Divide into small balls. That 64 PCs. the smaller the balls, the more bagels.
Each ball is rolled in the flagellum length of 5-6 cm and formed here such rings.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake until light Golden brown.
