Omelet
All famous chicken breast stuffed with ham and cheese. In this recipe the chicken is missing, but the filling is retained in full.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Salt

  • Ham

    10 slice

  • Cheese

    10 slice

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Melted butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Parsley

    3 Tbsp

Eggs, flour, milk and 1 tsp. salt whisk an omelet batter. Leave for 5 minutes for proofing. Heat the pan of a small size.
