Mustard pellets or pseudo-pitas
Going to a barbecue, to barbecue good pita bread, but I always successfully replace cakes from many well-known choux pastry. Can't I just cook, I decided again today to change a little the recipe. It turned out very delicious "Lavalike". A very good option to give.


  • Flour

    200 g

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp


Hello!!! I'm again in doubt. Like, she showed a lot of different choices of pitas, but in the hope that someone and this option will come in handy, after all, decided to show so. Water mix with oil and mustard (I have French, you can substitute dry, but then reduce the amount to 1 teaspoon) and bring the water to a boil.
Put the flour in a deep bowl. Remove water from heat and boiling, not letting the water to cool, mix with the flour. Mix well and leave dough to cool.
Table sprinkle with flour. Divide the dough into small pieces and roll out very thinly (who worked with this test, knows that the labor to do it will not be).
Fry in a dry, well-heated frying pan on both sides. Literally 30 seconds each.
