Mushroom scrambled eggs
've heard so much about this recipe, but made just today. Slovaks love this dish, cook it with the mushrooms-flap mushrooms. Quick and tasty! Come on in, help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    2 pinch

Cooking

Clean the mushrooms and boil until tender in salted water. Drain the water.

Chop the mushrooms into pieces.

Onion cut into half rings. Lightly fry in butter.

Add the mushrooms. To cook, will not evaporate yet all the liquid.

Add the eggs, stirring constantly, fry until cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat. Ready!
