Description
The great French chef Brij of Savarin wrote that you can learn how to cook and fry, but to learn how to make the sauce - this requires talent, and this talent must be born! But we'll still try... Try to cook the chicken in a delightful Alsatian mustard sauce!

Cooking
Chicken is cut into pieces. In a pan melt the butter and well-fried pieces of chicken with two sides. Then add chopped onion and chopped garlic petals, stir and continue roasting, until the onions are slightly transparent
Pour dry white wine and max fire wait until it is completely evaporated
Mix mustard with cream and sugar
Pour the cream and mustard to the chicken, add the saffron and salt, cover and simmer on minimum heat for about 30 minutes. If the sauce is not very thick, then dilute the flour in a small amount of cold milk and stir, pour in to the sauce and cook for another 2 minutes
On a plate lay out the chicken pieces and pour the sauce! Bon appetite!
