Baked potatoes with herring and cucumber sauce
Oven baked potatoes, hot, browned, seasoned with sour cream with pickled cucumbers and herring, nothing fancy, very simple, but how delicious!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Herring

    200 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Our products. Herring can be any, but the pickles - pickled, sweet and sour.

Potatoes wash, dry, grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt

Each tuber wrap in foil and put in the form. Put in oven, turn it and set the temperature to 200 deg. bake the potatoes for 1 hour. Readiness can be checked with a thin knife right through the foil.
