Cooking
Our products. Herring can be any, but the pickles - pickled, sweet and sour.
Potatoes wash, dry, grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt
Each tuber wrap in foil and put in the form. Put in oven, turn it and set the temperature to 200 deg. bake the potatoes for 1 hour. Readiness can be checked with a thin knife right through the foil.
While our potatoes bake, prepare sauce. Small cut herring fillets, cucumber, onion, dill, garlic skip through the press
Put all in a bowl and stir.
Stir. The sauce is ready.
Take out from the oven and our potatoes that are deployed.
Cut and flavored sauce. Come get ' em!
