Fish soup Spanish
This aromatic soup has a delicious taste that will captivate you from the first spoonful.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    300 g

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sauce

    0.5 can

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Carnation

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Bread

    100 g

  • Lemon

  • Greens

  • Black pepper

  • Water

    2 l

  • Vegetable oil

Bread cut into slices, dried in the toaster, or fry in a pan. Fried slices of bread put in the blender and pouring a little water (1-2 tbsp), to turn into mush.

Finely chop the garlic and onion. Fry in vegetable oil until soft, add the tomato, stir and stew for 5 minutes.

In a medium saucepan bring to boil 2 liters of water, drop it in the fish and simmer until cooked (about 10 minutes), then remove the fish pieces on a plate.

In the broth add the shrimp. Once the water back in the saucepan boils, add the bread pulp, vegetables and spices, stir and cook for 3 minutes. Return the fish pieces to the broth, season with lemon juice to taste, cover and turn off the heat.
