Chocolate cake

Cooking

step-0
For the dough whisk eggs with sugar, weight should become the color of butter and to increase in volume. Add flour, chopped nuts, cookies, mix everything together and bake the cake.
step-1
Cut when cooled, into three parts.
step-2
By the way, in the form of a rectangular solid are often left out of the corner I cut off and knead into crumbs for decoration.
step-3
Half chocolate whittling knife, and leave, too, for decoration.
step-4
Cream butter room temperature, beat with condensed milk. Important! Condensed milk must be thick, not liquid, i.e., banks have to dig deep with a spoon, not pour, otherwise the cream does not get thick enough. Pour in the brandy and melted chocolate (the remaining half), it's all good whisk.
step-5
Each cake impregnated necessarily better from both sides, because the dough nut tight, it should not be dry. I just dip my fingers in a glass of liqueur (I used Amaretto liquor and threw a little water) and smear, out of the corner, too, must be soaked. Put soaked cakes one on top of another coat of cream. The top layer of the cake smear cream, pour the crumbs from the cake (if you did) and the grated chocolate. All, the cake is ready. Bon appetit!
