Marble cheese cake from Montana
Very tasty and quite a classic version of a cheesecake... with the addition of chocolate! Cheesecake lovers dedicated! ))

Ingredients

  • Cookies

    250 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Soft cheese

    900 g

  • Sugar

    240 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Vanilla essence

    5 g

  • Chocolate milk

    120 g

The oven immediately turn on to heat up to 170 degrees. Prepare a traditional cheesecake base. For this, cookies (regular sugar if You don't have a "Graham Cracker") to grind into crumbs.

Melt the butter and mix with crumbs of pastry and sugar.

At the bottom of a split shape with a diameter of 23 cm to put a circle of baking paper. Put into a form crumbs of biscuit and levelling, tamping.

Bake the cheesecake base in a preheated 170 With the oven for 10 minutes. Ready cake remove from oven, and oven temperature increased to 220 C.

Put a white filling on the cake, put the chocolate filling and use a fork to make swirls. You can alternate; first lay out some of the white filling, then chocolate, etc.

Bake cheesecake at a temperature of 220 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 140 degrees and continue to bake for another 1 hour on the middle level of the oven. Ready cake cool down completely (preferably, 1 night in the fridge) and remove from the pan to the dish before serving dessert on the table.
