Scones with curd and cream filling
Girls and boys! I want to share with you the most delicious buns (buns or cheesecake) I don't know how to name them correctly... but I want to say one thing! It is soooo tasty, not to pass! Butter sweet dough with cottage cheese filling and all filled and baked in cream... Well, delicious! Make sure to prepare, the more they are prepared is not difficult!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    450 g

  • Yeast

    5 g

  • Milk

    120 ml

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Coconut shavings

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    150 ml

Cooking

Mix warm milk, dry yeast and sugar.

In a separate bowl sift the flour, salt, add the very soft butter and sour cream.

Pour the milk with yeast and mix well.

Knead a soft elastic dough. Cover with film and put in a warm place "come up" in minutes 40-50.
