Cooking

step-0
SHTROYZEL (it. Streusel, from streuen to strew, sprinkle with crumbs). German cakes (cookies) from unleavened dough, which is sprinkled before baking special pastry crumbs (shtroyzel), prepared from flour, butter and sugar, with the addition of (sometimes) nuts. Baby streusel imitate the nuts (with mean) and complement their taste. V. V. Pokhlebkin. 2005. I tried to cook cake of dough with raspberry and Stroiteley. So for the test we need to combine the cheese, sugar, olive (or vegetable) oil, cream, plain and vanilla sugar and egg.
step-1
To enter gradually into dough the flour, it may take You a little more or a little less flour. In the end it should be a ball that is slightly sticky.
step-2
A work surface dusted with flour, roll the circle of dough and put it into the form. The remnants cut off and set aside, they still need us.
step-3
Grease the dough, raspberry or any other jam of your choice.
step-4
If you have frozen raspberries, then it must be thawed and drained, if fresh - you're in luck. I was not fresh, but frozen was not super wow, but not terrible, the taste is not affected. Put the raspberries in an even layer on the bottom of our pie.
step-5
Now pristupem to the preparation of stroitelya. Easier, as they say, does not happen. Grate the butter on a fine grater, combine it with flour and sugar. If you want you can add cinnamon, but I didn't.
step-6
Grind the butter, flour and sugar to make crumbs. I got a little small, I think it's because of the oil I took only 100 gr., so in the recipe I pointed out oil a little bit more - 125. Fill our Stroiteley raspberries.
step-7
Remains of dough roll out and cut out any cute figurines. I have a variation on the theme of flowers!) We put our pie in a preheated 180 degree oven for 45-55 minutes.
step-8
The finished pie to cool and serve with herbal tea and, for lovers of sweet, raspberry jam.
