Cooking
Take 2-3 potatoes and boil until tender.
Margarine RUB on a grater and add to the flour.
RUB the margarine with flour until crumbs.
Potatoes make mashed potatoes and add it to the crumbs, there also add the yeast diluted in a little water.
Knead the dough and leave for 1 hour.
Prepare the filling: take the ham and spice
them through a meat grinder.
We post our weight on the pan, there also add the melted butter, flour (30g = 1 tablespoon) and sour cream. Ovarium until thick, 5-7 minutes.
Next add the egg, salt, ground pepper and warm, stirring, until the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
The dough (I divided it into 2 parts for convenience) and roll out into a thin rectangular layer on the edge put a narrow strip of the filling.
Twist the tube and cut it from the layer.
Our tube cut into pieces with a length of 5-7 cm
On a baking sheet rolling out the parchment and put the rolls. Grease them with egg yolk and bake it in the oven for about 30 minutes. I got 48 pieces.
Take out from the oven, allow to cool a little, and enjoy tea and delicious potato-ham rolls! Enjoy your tea!!!
