Chinese cabbage with chicken in the pan
It's a quick easy dinner, but at the same time, nourishing and delicious. And it's nice to eat with a fork straight from the pan, assembling with a piece of bread a nice, juicy crumb.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Cabbage

    0.5 plug

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    10 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Rosemary

    0.5 tsp

  • Pepper white

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Prepare all the products.

Chicken fillet my, cut in thin strips.

Choi my, clean, cut. The legs are cut smaller pieces, the leaves are larger.

My carrots, cleaned, cut in small pieces. Onions cleaned, cut thin half-rings. The clean ginger was crushed.

In a frying pan warm up vegetable oil. On high heat fry the chicken pieces until Golden brown (5-7 minutes).

Add carrots, onion and ginger. Stir fry for another 5 minutes.

Add the cabbage, all the spices, soy sauce, mix. Lower the heat, cover with lid and cook 10 minutes.

The dish is served hot right in the pan.
