Liver chicken-Warsaw
Can't say the dishes from the liver loved me. I usually fried it with onions or making pancakes for husband, for children. Out of curiosity, I decided to cook burgers according to the recipe, which is found on some cooking forum for a long time. A miracle! The meatballs were delicious, tender and juicy! Be sure to try!

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Fat

    150 g

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    450 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

Our products. Liver I took chicken, can be any according to taste.

Liver, bacon, garlic mince. Add salt, soda, pepper, spices. I added a pinch of thyme.

Add flour and stir.

Spread a tablespoon of the hepatic mass on the hot pan with vegetable oil and fry on both sides until it will turn brown.

Take the products for the sauce: onions, sour cream, salt, pepper.

Onions finely chop and fry in vegetable oil until transparent.

In sour cream add salt, pepper, fried onions. Stir.

In a saucepan put a layer of liver cutlets, spread on top part of the sour cream sauce. Alternate layers, the top layer of sauce.

Simmer on low heat for 40 minutes. You can put in the oven at 190 deg. Very tasty!
