A wonderful side dish of potatoes. With this side dish you can serve any snack, fish, meat, vegetables...

Cooking
For three servings you need to clear three potatoes, i.e. 9 units. Better if the potato is oblong and relatively flat. But I only had round.
On the one hand to slice the potatoes lengthways through the other side to penetrate through.
In a pan, place parchment paper and tightly lay potatoes. On each potato put a piece of butter.
Season with salt and pepper and put the pan with potatoes in preheated oven to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with grated or finely sliced cheese and condiments for the potato. Again put in the oven for 10 minutes - 15 until tender.
Potatoes ready. Can be served on the side. Long and flat, the potatoes cooked faster and looks much nicer than the round.
This is the side dish I served boiled Turkey. The sauce from the broth and sour cream.
