Chicken soup with Brussels sprouts
Low-calorie, delicious soup with vegetables and chicken breast!

Ingredients

  • Broth

    700 ml

  • Chicken breast

    200 g

  • Brussels sprouts

    1 handful

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Leeks

  • Corn

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.333 tsp

In a pan put cabbage, carrots (sliced), potatoes (diced), peppers, pour the strained broth and cook at a low boil until the vegetables are tender;

Leek and chicken breast to slice and put in sauce pan, greased, add the soy sauce;

Fry them while stirring on slow fire for 2-3 minutes;

To prepared vegetables put the corn, sauté, try salt (if needed, salt), bring to boil and remove from heat;

Serve hot;
