Soup with rice noodles and crab meat
Delicious soup is quick cooking, healthy, low calorie and flavorful!

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Crab meat

    50 g

  • Noodles

    1 handful

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.333 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Greens

Cooking

Onions and carrots cut into thin strips;

Fry in oil until semi-readiness;

Sauté all vegetables in a saucepan, cover with water (1-2 portions), add Laurel and peppers, put it on the fire;

Crab meat cut randomly, put in sauce pan and pour the soy sauce;

Fry on a slow fire, stirring for 3-4 minutes;

As soon as the water in the saucepan is boiling, put the crab meat with a sauce, boil for 5 minutes;

Turn off the heat, lay the noodles, cover and infuse for 5-10 minutes;

Serve hot with greens!
