Soup Asian
In my youth I lived in Central Asia, Uigur and familiar often cooked soup with radish and dumplings. I love it, maybe you someone will like. However, now such an abundance of pasta in the stores that I stopped doing "typicaluse". Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Broth

    2 l

  • Soy sauce

    60 ml

  • Radish

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pasta

    100 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Cilantro

    0.5 coup

Cooking

Prepare the necessary products. Onion, bell pepper and carrots cut into thin strips, radish cubes, tomatoes in small cubes. The broth is cooked in advance.

In a saucepan or deep frying pan, heat oil, lightly fry onions and carrots, then add the radish.

When radish becomes transparent, add bell pepper, tomatoes and squeeze the garlic. On medium heat saute vegetables for 5 minutes.

It was the turn of soy sauce. Adding it, stir the vegetables, simmer 5 minutes, stirring so that the vegetables soaked in sauce.

Rinse and finely chop the cilantro,

Add it and the chopped hot pepper. Mix everything carefully and leave on low heat.

Now the broth. Bring it to boil,

Add pasta and cook according to instructions.

Enter into the broth and vegetables, pre-sliced, the meat (which was cooked in the broth). Bring to a boil.
