Baskets with tuna and cottage cheese cream
Very simple to prepare and at the same time spectacular appetizer for any holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Phyllo dough

    6 piece

  • Cheese curd

    200 g

  • Tuna

    185 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Cilantro

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

The dough is cut into equal squares ( I get from 1 sheet of dough 6 squares). To shoot them muffin cups and bake in the oven at 200* for 5-7 minutes (convection not included!). Each basket should be minimum of 3 layers of dough. At the bottom of each basket I put a small square of dough to the bottom was denser, then the basket will be a long stick with a "wet" filling.

Mix in a deep dish cottage cheese, tuna in own juice, finely chopped cucumber, greens, garlic. Add soy sauce "Kikkoman", lemon juice, plume. Fill with yogurt. Cover with cling film and refrigerate before serving.

Before serving, fill the baskets with a paste of tuna, garnish lettuce (I have oakleaf), red caviar.
