Cooking
Here our products.
My eggplant. Cut off the stalk and chop them in small circles. Sprinkle them with salt. Allow to infuse for 20 minutes to let the eggplant bitterness.
Wash and peel the vegetables. Three on a coarse grater carrots.
Cut into small cubes onion. On a heated pan with oil, pour at first the onions and then the carrots.
Meanwhile, chop thin half rings tomatoes.
After 20 minutes rinse the eggplant. A little dried them on a towel. Fry the eggplant in vegetable oil.
Now mix mayonnaise with sour cream.
Begin to lay out the products in layers in the dish (I took the tray after 2 hours in the refrigerator dish is rammed and very well cut). The first layer of eggplant, then zazharku of onions and carrots.
The third layer is chopped tomatoes.
Now apply a layer of the mixture of mayonnaise with sour cream. Then repeat the layers 1 more time. Ready snack cover with cling film and put into the fridge for approximately 2-3 hours. Bon Appetit!!!
