Salad
Congratulations to Scarlett for March 8 from the "Papuan"... Wanted her daughter to make the colours of squid, and in the package was Sepia (cuttlefish). Had to go to rebuild, turned out papuasia.

Ingredients

  • Squid

    500 g

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Parsley

  • Potatoes

  • Green beans

  • Pine nuts

  • Shrimp

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

For cooking squid (in my case - cuttlefish) onion, garlic and parsley finely chop, simmer 5 minutes in vegetable oil, fill with boiling water, sprinkle with salt and pepper and boil the squid in the broth. Cool.

For the filling, finely chop the figs and shrimp

stuff the carcass (the most beautiful, the others will go in the salad)

beans boiled in salted water, cool it down

boiled potatoes and the remaining squid, cut into circles, add the beans and pine nuts

for the filling mix the olive oil, balsam vinegar and finely chopped garlic, add salt and pepper. Pour the salad, mix and let it sit for about 15 minutes (we are at this time stuffed with calmacil).

Now decorate: on the edge of the tomatoes, a border of parsley, in the middle put the salad, it is installed with a toothpick "Papuan"

"Papouasie" disappeared in the first place - a very interesting combination of flavors:dates+shrimp. And the salad the longer it stands, the tastier it is done by impregnating the ingredients fill. Help yourself!
