Continuing fantasies useful salads I bring to Your attention the seaweed salad. As is known, it is rich in iodine. In the seaweed in contrast to the usual two times more phosphorus, 11 times more magnesium, 16 times more iron and 40 times more sodium. It contains polysaccharides (laminarin, fucoidan, etc.), fructose, alginic acid, vitamins B1, B2, B12, D, A, E, ascorbic acid, potassium, fiber, micro and macro. The seaweed salad is a storehouse of vitamins. For soft add the eggs for richness of taste - cheese and specifically for men will etenim salad meat. I want to note that the salad is prepared without mayonnaise.
