Cooking
This is our set of products
Mix in a bowl the flour with salt and sugar, make a well in the center of the flour slides deepening and pour 2/3 Cup of milk. Stir until a homogeneous dough without lumps.
Gradually add the remaining milk.
Grate the orange zest on a small grater.
And most of it add to the dough (just a little bit should be left for topping the finished pancakes).
Bananas cut into thin slices and place on a large plate to make it easier to take.
Heat Teflon pan (I did a little grease with vegetable oil), pour into it a portion of the dough and immediately put 8-9 slices of banana. Fry first and then the second side of the pancake.
The thickness of the pancakes arbitrary but very thin, they should not be, otherwise they will be hard to flip.
You can put them here is such a triangle.
And serve, sprinkled with the remnants of the peel and powdered sugar.
