Pumpkin bread with garlic and rosemary
I love the pumpkin!!! And love her both sweet and savory. Today we prepare a delicious and fragrant pumpkin bread with aroma of garlic and rosemary! It's something! The bread turned out soft, fluffy and very flavorful!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    400 g

  • Flour

    450 g

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    8 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Chili

    0.5 tsp

  • Rosemary

    2 sprig

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

In a bowl, mix warm water and dry yeast, add more than half the sifted flour and salt.

Add the ready pumpkin puree. To cook the pumpkin clean, cut into pieces and cook in microwave 7-10 minutes or bake, then blend. For bread you will need 1 Cup of finished puree.

Knead the dough, adding the remaining flour, the dough is beaten with flour! it should be slightly sticky.

In a bowl mix chopped fresh rosemary (you can substitute dried), paprika ground sweet and spicy and the chopped garlic. Add the vegetable oil "Oleyna" and stir.
