Prepare the dumplings: in a buckwheat flour put egg, paprika and add the water enough to get not taut, elastic dough. Buckwheat flour - like rice, oatmeal, I make myself a coffee grinder: pour just a spoonful of grits, milled, sieved - then the next portion.
