Egg and cheese truffles in the basket
... and the basket of lettuce leaf. Found this recipe in a magazine on cooking. Very delicious snacks, which will decorate the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Bread

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 coup

  • Tomato

    150 g

  • Lettuce

    7 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    30 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Soak stale bread ( which you want: in milk or in water ). My green onions. Green feathers finely chop. A few feathers put aside.

Cut the tomatoes into slices, season with salt, pour on top of vegetable oil.

Finely chop finely boiled eggs. Squeeze the soaked bread, add chopped eggs and onion. Grate cheese on a fine grater. I mixed two types of cheeses: grated Parmesan and grated goat's cheese from Sardinia.

Grated cheese added to the first mixture ( bread-eggs-onion) 20 g vegetable oil, salt, pepper and grind everything very well with a fork. Take the feathers of green onions ( long about 10 cm ), immersed in boiling water for a few seconds and put them to dry on a paper towel. My good lettuce leaves ( the leaves should be a little more truflex cheese ) and tomatoes. From the salad to shake off the water. Sculpt small marbles tufelki ( about the size of a walnut, 4-5 mm in diameter ).

On lettuce leaf, put a truffle, 2-3 slices of tomato "swap" under the lettuce and abwegen all this ( not too tight or! ) a feather of the onion. The food is ready!
