Vitamin mixture of dried fruits
Very useful for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, to strengthen immunity, to normalize the hemoglobin in the blood. Useful in some diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. I love to eat with a Cup of hot green tea, it's delicious!

Ingredients

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Prunes

    100 g

  • Dried apricots

    100 g

  • Honey

    4 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

Dried fruit wash, well dry with a cloth. Lemon cut into slices, remove seeds, peel, cut. All skip through Mincer, not forgetting the nuts.

Season with honey, mix well, place in jar, cover and store in the cupboard. You can add dates, figs. Be healthy!
