Black forest cake
Bought the magazine "Lisa" and I liked this cake. Made for the New year. Even my husband who doesn't eat cakes, having tried them, said that he liked it, because not cloying and very sweet.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 handful

  • Flour

    80 g

  • Starch

    80 g

  • Cocoa powder

    60 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vodka

    4 Tbsp

  • Cherry

    1 can

  • Cream

    500 g

  • Chocolate chips

    200 g

Proteins separated from the yolks.

Beat egg whites with sugar and 1 pinch of vanillin.

Mix the egg yolks with 2 tsp. of warm water. The top sift the flour and 60 grams of starch.

Add the cocoa and baking powder. Mix well.

Put the dough in the form.

Bake for 30 mins at 180*C. Remove from the oven and without removing it from the mold, allow to stand overnight.

The cooled cake cut into 3 layers.

Soak 2 bottom cake vodka.

Cherry drain the juice to boil with 1 pinch of vanilla and thicken with 20 g of starch. Pour the cherries and allow to cool.
