Tuna salad in tartlets
On the festive table salads in tartlets is beautiful, comfortable, practical and aesthetically pleasing. And most importantly to cook them is not difficult. Offer to prepare a light and luscious salad with tuna in crispy tartlets.

Ingredients

  • Tuna

    1 can

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

  • Lettuce

  • Olives

    6 piece

  • Dill

  • Tartlet

    12 piece

Cooking

From the tuna to drain the fluid.

Mash with a fork.

Eggs, finely chopped or grated.

Cucumbers cut into small cubes.

Finely chop the onion. I used a red sweet onion, if using spicy onions, I recommend pre-scald it with boiling water to remove excess bitterness.

Grate cheese on a fine grater. I used belebeyevskaya "Bashkir honey".

Mix the chopped ingredients (eggs, onions, cucumbers, tuna), except cheese. Mayonnaise (I forgot this step is to take a picture). At the bottom of tartlets put zalatnay sheet ( so the shells don't get wet and stays crispy), fill cooked salad.

Top the tartlets sprinkle with cheese. Olives cut in half. From the stem of dill to form a loop. Decorate the tartlets.
