Chicken hearts in cheese sauce

Ingredients

  • The pie

Prepare the ingredients.

Hearts wash, cut extra fat and vessels.

Peel the onion, cut into small cubes.

Chicken hearts to put into the pan, season with salt and pepper. Fry over high heat, rapidly stir for 2-3 minutes. Then reduce the heat and leave the hearts to stew in their own juices, about 15 minutes (with the lid closed)

Fry the onions in a separate pan until Golden brown.

Greens wash and dry, finely chopped. Garlic peel, skip through the press. Processed cheese grate on a coarse grater.

Add fried onions to chicken hearts, stir and simmer for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Then add to the pan sour cream and cheese, mix well. Cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.

Now add the starch, garlic and herbs, mix well and pour 1/2 Cup of water.

Bring the sauce to a boil, if necessary, it needs more salt, simmer under a lid for 2-3 minutes. Also may want to add some favorite seasonings. If the sauce seems too liquid, then add a very little starch, and if it seems thick then add a little water. But too much water don't add it, otherwise the sauce will lose your taste!
