Eggs Florentine
Egg for Breakfast - it's familiar, but the omelet was bored, about the eggs, I generally keep quiet. Prepare the new ( although maybe for some people it is ordinary and every day).

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Bacon

    3 slice

  • Spinach

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Parmesan

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Cut the bacon in half, put 3 pieces in a greased with olive oil form.

Spinach thawed and spread 1 tbsp on bacon. Add the egg.

Pour 1 tbsp. of cream and 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, put two slices of tomato.

To preporuciti grated Parmesan - 1 tbsp, cover and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes - 12.

Open and hot sprinkle another 1/2 tbsp of Parmesan. Serve.
