This recipe I saw in the Internet. Liked the fact that is very simple and accessible. I suggest to try the cheese crackers, light, soft. Cheese use the one you like. I have mozzarella. Very good with hot coffee or cold beer.

Cooking
Chop butter with flour into crumbs.
Lightly mix all the ingredients and collect the dough into a ball. Packaging the dough in plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes remove dough, a little podcating and divide into 2 parts.
Each velvety in the circle, the roll through the plastic wrap.
Cut into segments. A cocktail straw to make arbitrary holes.
Put on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake crackers in a preheated oven at 180°C. for 15 min. until lightly Golden.
