Soup-puree bean mixture with chicken
It is my free fantasy on the theme of legumes mix though... maybe someone already fantasized on the subject. I suggest to try a delicious soup, hearty and healthy.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken thigh

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Semi-dry red wine

    30 ml

  • Thyme

    2 sprig

  • Cardamom

    2 piece

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Products for soup. The bean mix is pre-soaked overnight.

Boiled chicken legs in ~1 liter of water, for the taste of saturation added half the onion and carrots, salt, after boiling, removed the foam. Onions and carrots to the broth lacking in pictures in the 1st step. At the end of cooking I added the broth, peppercorns and Bay leaf. To prepare the broth has been spent around 30 minutes from the finished soup was removed onion, carrot, Bay leaf, peppercorns.

For the soup onions and carrots cut into strips.

In a saucepan with a thick bottom heated sunflower oil and fry the vegetables until Golden brown.

Then in a pot filled bean mixture, thyme sprigs and poured semi-sweet red wine. Mixed and extinguished under cover for ten minutes on low heat (watch so it doesn't stick).

At the end of cooking added to the soup the grain cardamom. Ready soup should be cool. If at this stage your patience came to an end, finally, just very hungry, and then there's the aromas make it difficult to concentrate, feel free to interrupt the process and... "where is my big spoon".

The chilled soup was purerave until smooth, added salt and pepper. And under constant stirring brought to a boil.

The soup is ready. Served with croutons fried in garlic butter. To prepare garlic oil have the teeth of garlic mash with the flat side of the blade of a knife, fry until Golden in vegetable oil, then remove the garlic - oil finish.
