Jelly
My variation of the cooking jelly. I always cook three types of meat.

Ingredients

  • Leg

  • Bones

    500 g

  • Chicken

    200 g

  • Carrots

  • Onion

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Allspice

    10 piece

  • Black pepper

    10 piece

  • Garlic

Meat (except chicken) soak in cold water for at least 6 hours.

Put pork leg and beef bones in a large pot, pour cold water and put to boil for 6 hours, occasionally adding water, and removing formed on the surface of the broth bar. 2 hours until tender add chicken meat, all the spices and salt to taste.
