My variation of the cooking jelly. I always cook three types of meat.

Cooking
Meat (except chicken) soak in cold water for at least 6 hours.
The water in which was soaked the meat to drain. Put pork leg and beef bones in a large pot, pour cold water and put to boil for 6 hours, occasionally adding water, and removing formed on the surface of the broth bar. 2 hours until tender add chicken meat, all the spices and salt to taste. An hour until tender add peeled carrots and onion.
To get the meat out of the broth
still hot, disassemble into small fibers.
In the capacity in which you will prepare the jelly, put pushed through a press garlic, add the disassembled meat (three kinds), mix well.
Boiled carrot jelly slice, lemon slice, take some parsley leaves and decorate as desired.

Let stand for aspic at room temperature until cool and then put into the refrigerator.
