Interesting recipe marinating our beloved herring. Maybe someone already makes, I prepared for the first time. Everyone loved it! Herring in tomato sauce is cooked 12 hours; the result is a true delicacy. Besides, this is a lean dish.

Cooking
So, take one kg of frozen herring. Four things of medium size. If the big-three. Gutting, remove the fillets, oberschwaben and wash; cut the fillet in small pieces. Put the fish into a saucepan. Large onion clean and shinkuem semicircles. Mix with herring. Put them in a cool place.

All components mix in a bowl or saucepan, put on fire and bring to a boil while stirring. Cool.
Then pour this filling fish with onion, cover with a lid and leave on the table for a few hours (at room temperature). Then put into the fridge for the night. The best way to cook this snack in a container with a vacuum lid.
