Cooking
Fish (coho I) to make a fillet, cut into serving pieces. Make a marinade of vegetable oil and juice of 0.5 lemon, pour over the fish fillets, season with salt and pepper and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Sauce: grate cheese on a grater, olives cut into slices. Mix half of cheese, cream and olives. The fish put on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil, pour the cooked sauce.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes (focus on your oven). Serve with potatoes or salad vegetables.
