Description
Prepare this salad for many years, mainly for my husband (well, the male is salad in my opinion)), although my daughters do not eat it with less pleasure. Now about the name: in fact, in my cookbook it is called simply "the Diplomat", but then the salads with the same name, I found no less than 5, although they are completely different, and the original name save as the like. Found a similar salad in ingredients the cook Inna Buhovets called "Male whim", but! found 3 fundamental (for me)) differences - 1. onion marinated quite differently; 2. take a cucumber only pickled! 3. the layers in the salad are completely different queues, which greatly affects the taste when eating salad) Inny Have no step-by-step photo, which caused a lot of questions from chefs in the comments. Pre-boil the meat and eggs, meat cut into strips or, like me, to make out the fibers.
Onion cut into thin half-rings, put them into a bowl, add all the ingredients for marinade, mix well and leave to marinate for 15-30 minutes, the longer the better.
Cucumber cut in small strips, (if very watery, remove the seeds or else the salad will flow)
Starting to put our salad: take a large dish (or deep bowl), the first layer spread the meat
Grease with small amount of mayonnaise (to make the mesh of the bag or buy mayonnaise in small soft packs and cut the corner)
The second layer is pickled onions, its not grease
Next, a layer of eggs on a large grater
Again mayonnaise (do not forget that salad for men))
And the last layer of cheese, grated directly into the salad on a medium grater
Decorate at its discretion
Infuse the salad at least 2 hours! Then treat lover!
