Cooking
Chocolate melt in a water bath.
Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until whitening of the mixture. Pour in the melted chocolate and whisk again thoroughly.
Softened butter mixed with cocoa and a good whisk. The oil you take is of good quality.
Mix the egg-chocolate mass from the oil. Stir.
Cream (I have 35%), beat in stable foam. Mix carefully with the chocolate mass.
Spread the cherry. I thawed and pressed. Stir. The author does cherries soaked in cognac.
Cover the containers with cling film. Spread mixture. Cover and put in refrigerator for 3 hours. I have dessert stood in the refrigerator overnight.
Spread the dessert on a dish, remove the film. Decorate with cocoa and serve. Delicious treat is ready. The dessert is high in calories, so this is a treat - enjoy very small portions))). You can cook half of the specified volume.
