Cooking
Pour into pan 1 Cup. milk, dissolve in it starch and vanilla sugar, mix well.
In a saucepan pour the remaining milk, cream and sugar. Put on a moderate fire and bring to boil.
While stirring, pour a thin stream of starch milk and, stirring constantly, simmer over low heat for a minute or two, until then, until the mixture thickens, and this happens very quickly.
Remove from heat and pour into kremanku.
Put it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. I was doing late at night, so the sample was removed in the morning. Options are several: you can pour a sauce or syrup from fresh or frozen fruit or berries, you can also top with honey, sprinkle with nuts or cinnamon, etc. I was served with raspberry and apricot sauce, garnished with mint leaves.
