Cookies with almonds and dried apricots

Of all the things that need to cook the cookies right after you read the recipe, the only thing that might not be in the house with almonds and dried apricots (which can be replaced with candied fruits or other fruit)

Hello!!! To the sugar add 2 tablespoons of water, heated on a slow fire. Add the butter. Heated until then, until the sugar is dissolved.

With a coffee spoon put cookies on a baking tray, covered with baking paper at a distance apart approximately 4 cm

You can melt the chocolate in a water bath and the bottom part of the cookies spread with chocolate (or dip in it).
