Kharcho with chicken
I wanted to treat themselves to Georgian cuisine. Was an interesting recipe kharcho. It is very suitable for those who follow him, but loves to eat! This soup is very simple to prepare and most importantly - all products are available. The aromas in the kitchen were scattered just fabulous, I could hardly wait until the end of cooking!

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 piece

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    500 g

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

  • Spices

In a separate pan boil the chicken, cut into serving pieces. Water when cooking will take 2-2,5 liters.

In a saucepan with a thick bottom pour vegetable oil and fat from the chicken, which can be removed from the broth when it is cooking. Fry finely chopped onion.

In even extinguished lightly fried onions to put the pieces of boiled chicken out of the broth and continue to simmer 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the flour, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Then pour the broth and cook for another 10-15 minutes.

Add peeled and grated in a grater tomatoes and wine vinegar.

In a mortar crush the spices and add the walnuts and garlic.

Grind all into a paste and dissolve the paste in slightly cooled broth. Add all to the soup, put the Bay leaf and allow to boil 10 minutes.

Serve with a big handful of greens (cilantro, parsley, celery, etc.)
